The application of multi parameter sensors and COD sensors in printing and dyeing factories

Printing and dyeing wastewater refers to the dyeing residue, washing water and pretreatment (such as scrubbing, removing silk, degumming, desizing, etc.) generated during the dyeing or printing process, as well as mixed wastewater from precision processing, a certain amount of harmful substances, and colored wastewater. This printing and dyeing factory in Suzhou was equipped with multi parameter sensors (monitoring indicators: water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, turbidity, conductivity) and COD sensors in the wastewater. In addition, it is equipped with a pipeline water quality monitoring system, which is powered by solar energy. Characteristics of  online multi parameter sensor:

Digital sensor, RS485 output, supports MODBUS;

All calibration parameters are stored inside the sensor, and each probe is equipped with a waterproof connector for easy insertion and replacement.

Equipped with an automatic cleaning device, it can effectively remove surface contamination from sensors, prevent microbial growth, and provide more accurate and lower maintenance.

Optional fluorescence dissolved oxygen, four electrode conductivity, fiber optic turbidity, digital pH, digital ORP, chlorophyll, blue-green algae, and water oil sensors, suitable for long-term online monitoring.

Multi in one structural design, capable of simultaneously connecting six probes to measure seven parameters.

COD sensor features:

Digital sensor, RS-485 output, supports MODBUS;

No reagents required, no pollution, more economical and environmentally friendly;

Can measure parameters such as COD, TOC, turbidity, and temperature;

Automatically compensate for turbidity interference, with good testing performance;

Equipped with a self-cleaning brush, it can prevent biological adhesion and has a longer maintenance cycle.
