Printing and dyeing wastewater refers to the dyeing residue, washing water and pretreatment (such as scrubbing, removing silk, degumming, desizing, etc.) generated during the dyeing or printing process, as well as mixed wastewater from precision processing, a certain amount of harmful substances, and colored wastewater. This printing and dyeing factory in Suzhou was equipped with multi parameter sensors (monitoring indicators: water temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, turbidity, conductivity) and COD sensors in the wastewater. In addition, it is equipped with a pipeline water quality monitoring system, which is powered by solar energy. It can achieve real-time automatic monitoring of six indicators of wastewater quality in the printing and dyeing factory, timely grasp the water quality status in the wastewater tank, grasp the law of water quality changes, and provide decision-making support for sewage treatment work.
